Buffalo Chip Cookies

Ingredients
1/2 cup Swerve granulated sugar substitute1/2 cup Sukrin Gold Brown Sugar Substitute 3/4 cup Bob's Red Mill 100% Stone Ground Whole Wheat Pastry Flour 1 stick Butter, unsalted 1 large Egg, fresh, whole, raw 1/2 tsp Vanilla extract, imitation, alcohol 1/2 tsp Baking Soda 1/2 tsp Baking Powder 1/2 cup dry Old Fashioned Quaker Oatmeal- Plain 1/2 cup crushed Corn Flakes Cereal 1/4 cup Real Semi-Sweet Chocolate Chips 1/4 cup Heath Bits 'O Brickle Toffee Bits
Directions
Heat oven to 350. Blend all ingredients. Roll in plastic wrap. Refrigerate overnight or at least a couple of hours. Cut into 24 pieces. Place on parchment lined cookie sheet. Bake until lightly browned for about 15 minutes. Remove to wire racks and cool completely. Store in air-tight container.
