Homemade Salsa

Ingredients
5 Medium Sized Tomatoes1 Small JalapenoOnion (Optional)Salt To Taste (Use Desired Amount, Not In Nutritional Info)
Directions
Cut the top and bottom of Tomatoes like you usually do. Place in a med or large pot and boil for 10-15 min. Peel skin off of tomatoes and place in blender. Cut up jalapeno(you may want to pull some of the seeds out b/c thats where the heat comes from) and put in blender. Blend it for about 3-5 min. Enjoy! Serve hot or chilled!
