Wheat Swirl Bread

Ingredients
4 1/2 to 5 cups white flour2 packs dry yeast2 cups milk1/2 c. honey1/4 c. butter1 tsp. salt1 cup whole wheat flour1/2 cup rye flour1/2 cup wheat germ1/4 cup soft butter2/3 cup brown sugar
Directions
In a mixing bowl combine 2 cups of the white flour and the yeast. Heat milk, honey, 1/4 cup margarine, and salt til warm. Add to flour mix. Add egg. Beat. Stir in wheat and rye flours, wheat germ and as much remaining white flour as you can. Turn out onto a floured surface. Knead in enough white flour to make a moderately stiff dough. Place into a greased bowl. Cover. Rise in a warm place till nearly double (1 1/4).

Punch dough down. Turn out onto a flored surface; divide in half. Cover; let rest 10 minutes. Roill each half to a 15 inch square. Spread with soft butter; sprinkle with brown sugar. Roll up jelly-roll style; cut into thirds. Seal ends; place into six greased pans. Cover; let rise in a warm place till double (about 45 min.) Bake in a 350 oven about 30 min. or till loaves sound hollow when tapped.
