2 cup *pinto beans, dried great value (by CABC_2941) 8 cup (8 fl oz) Water, tap 4 tsp Better than Bouillon Vegetable Base 1 medium (2-1/2" dia) Onions, raw 4 tsp Garlic 1 serving Bay Leaf - whole leaf (by BRAGA76) 3 medium Carrots, raw 3 stalk, large (11"-12" long) Celery, raw 2 tsp Cumin seed 2 tsp Pink Himalayan Sea Salt (Evolution Salt Co) (by TAMMAGDALENO) .5 medium (approx 2-3/4" long, 2- Sweet peppers (bell) 2 serving Lightlife Smart Dog
soak pinto beans over night
rinse
throw everything but the better than bouillon and one cup water in crockpot
put one cup water in pot and once boiling add the better than bouillon and mix well
throw that in crockpot and put on lid
cook on high for 8 to 10 hours or low 4 to 6 hours
Serving Size: makes about 8 filling bowls
