Ingredients
one package Mori-Nu Sliken Lite Tofu - Extra Firm (12.3 oz) 1 tbsp. Vegenaise vegan sandwich spread 1 tsp. Westbrae Natural Dijon Mustard1 small red pepper, dicedSeasonings to taste: tumericDill weed, dried, 1 tbsp Garlic, 1 clove saltpepper
Directions
using a fork, crumble tofu in in a bowl
add Vegenaise and mustard and mix well
stir in red pepper and other spices, mix well

serve on whole wheat pita with salad greens, tomato, or other veggies; makes approx. 4 half sandwiches (2 whole pitas)
