Six Bean and Corn Chili

Ingredients
2 lbs extra lean ground beef1/2 cup onions (chopped)6 cloves garlic (chopped)2 cans tomato soup (10 oz)1 can of yellow corn (12 oz)1 can Six Bean Blend (19 oz)1/2 cup SalsaChili powder, Cayenne Pepper, Salt & Pepper to taste
Directions
Brown ground beef until nearly cooked. Stir in onions, garlic and seasonings, and cook until ground beef is done. Add the tomato soup, and and equal amount of water. Add the beans, corn and Salsa, and bring to a boil, stirring occasionally. Reduce heat, and simmer for about 10 minutes.

Makes 8 1-cup servings.
