Cabbage soup

Ingredients
3.0 cup, chopped Cabbage, fresh32.0 oz V8 Vegetable Juice, Low Sodium1.0 cup, chopped Onions, raw1.0 can Canned Tomatoes3.0 cup, chopped Carrots, raw1.0 cup, diced Celery, raw16.0 oz Turkey, Ground turkey, 93% lean
Directions
Brown ground turkey. Chop cabbage onions and carrots. Combine all ingredients in a crock pot. Season as desired. Cook 6-8 hours.
