Vegan Savory Muffins

Ingredients
1 cup Flour, whole grain 12 oz Silk Soy Yogurt Plain 1 tsp Baking Powder 0.5 cup Olive Oil 210 grams Mushrooms, canned 3 serving green olives (2 olives - queen size)
Directions
Preheat the oven.
In a large bowl add the flour, baking powder, salt, black pepper, oregano, and mix well. Then add the soy yogurt and oil. Mix well. Add the olives and mushrooms.
Mix and add to the muffin tray.
Bake at medium for 20-25 min (depends on your oven).

Serving Size: makes 8 large muffins
