Arman's 3 ingredient Cheese Biscuits

Ingredients
1 cup, shredded Cheddar Cheese 1 cup, NOBLE Cheese (or other sharp tasty lighter cheese)1 1/3 cups milk (Blue top) - 240mls 2 cup Flour - all purpose flour 2 tsp Baking Powder 1 tsp Paprika 1 dash Pepper, black
Directions
1. Preheat oven to 180C/350F. Lightly grease baking tray and set aside.

2. In large bowl, sift all-purpose flour (or use gluten-free flour & baking powder, if wanting these to be gluten-free) & baking powder together to avoid clumps. Add cheeses and milk, and mix until a thick batter remains. Allow to sit for 2 minutes.

3) Using a 1/4 cup or cookie scoop, pour biscuits onto greased tray, forming a dome-like shape. Ensure you space evenly as they rise and spread. Bake for 25-30 minutes, or until lightly golden on top and cooked through the centre (but not over-cooked - each should be fluffy inside).

4. Remove from oven and enjoy immediately or cool completely before storing in air-tight container
