Chocolate Almond Milk Custard

Ingredients
12 oz Almond Breeze Almond Milk, Unsweetened Vanilla .25 cup Whole milk 3 large Egg Yolk 2 tbsp Maple Syrup .125 cup Cornstarch 2 tbsp Cocoa, dry powder, unsweetened
Directions
Whisk yolks with syrup, cornstarch and cocoa. Warm milk to simmer. Temper 1/2 cup hot milk into eggs and mix until smooth. Return to pan and cook over low-medium heat until thickened. Do not allow to boil.
