6 oz Shrimp, cooked 2 cup Stewed Tomatoes .5 cup, chopped Onions, raw 1 cup, strips Green Peppers (bell peppers) 1 serving Brown rice (1 cup cooked) 1 serving Brown rice (1 cup cooked) 1 cup Swanson Chicken Fat Free Chicken Broth Less Sodium
Directions
Sauté all ingredients together in evoo. Add garlic, spices and s&p.
