Keto Ground Turkey Soup

Ingredients
4.0 tbsp Extra Virgin Olive Oil16.0 oz Jenny-O turkey store ground turkey1.0 tbsp Garlic powder1.0 tbsp Onions, dehydrated flakes1.5 cup, diced Celery, raw32.0 oz Pacific organic Bone Broth, chicken8.0 oz Philadelphia Cream Cheese1.0 stick Butter, unsalted4.0 cup Spinach, fresh1.0 tsp, crumbled Bay Leaf1.0 tsp xanthan gum1.0 tsp Pink Himilayan Sea Salt1.0 tsp Pepper, black
Directions
Add 2 TBSP extra virgin olive oil and celery to pot on medium heat. Stir occasionally until tender. Add ground turkey and stir until cooked through. Add onion and garlic powder and stir until fragrant. Add 1 bay leaf and chicken bone broth. Bring to boil and let simmer for a while. Add cream cheese, butter and xanthan gum (optional for thickening). Season with salt and pepper to taste. Serve and enjoy.
