Taco bell triple melt burrito, variation

.25 cup uncle bens parm & butter rice (by FAMILY26) 3 oz Lucerne Smooth Melting Cheese (Velveeta) (by KELLYINVA) 6 oz Ground beef 2 tbsp Daisy Light Sour Cream 2 tbsp Kirkland Organic Salsa 2 flour tortillas1 tsp taco seasoning (optional) shredded cheese (optional)
Start by cooking the rice, following the package directions, then remove from heat just before they finish cooking.
Cook the ground beef thoroughly, and add it to the rice.
over low heat, add the rest of the ingredients and cook until the cheese is melted and well mixed.
Place a couple spoonfuls of the mix and some shredded cheese in the tortilla and form into a burrito.
Serving Size: Makes aprox. 4-5 burritos
