1.5 lb Beef, round steak 30 grams Flour, white 1 tbsp Olive Oil .5 cup Soy Sauce .5 cup, unpacked Brown Sugar 2 small (5-1/2" long) Carrots, raw 5.5 cup Brocolli, Fresh Steamed
Cut beef and coat in flour. Brown in olive oil. Sprinkle generously with garlic powder. Mix soy sauce and brown sugar in separate bowl until sugar dissolves. Pour over beef. Simmer for an hour with lid on. Add carrots and broccoli shortly before serving.
