Chicken Parmesan

Ingredients
16.0 oz Tyson boneless, skinless chicken breast1.0 tbsp Extra Virgin Olive Oil0.5 tsp Salt0.5 tsp Pepper, black1.25 cup Progresso Bread Crumbs - Italian Style1.0 cup Del Monte Traditional Spaghetti Sauce0.25 cup Shredded Parm2.0 large Egg, fresh, whole, raw
Directions
Heat oven to 350. Place iron skillet in oven to heat. Salt and pepper.chicken breasts. Mix bread crumbs or crushed pork rinds with Italian seasonings. In separate bowl, whisk eggs for egg wash. Take pan out of the oven. Dip each breast in egg wash, crumbs, then place in pan. Return to oven for 5 minutes. Flip breasts, cover with marinara sauce, then bake 5 more minutes. Prepare baking sheet by covering with tin foil or parchment. Place each breast on baking sheet and top with parmesan. Cover loosely with sheet of tin foil and bake for 20 minutes or until done.
