Dressing: Blackberry Balsamic Vinaigrette

Ingredients
1 cup Blackberries, fresh 1 tbsp Honey 2 tbsp Balsamic Vinegar 2 tbsp Extra Virgin Olive Oil 0.25 tsp Salt 0.5 tsp Grey Poupon Dijon Mustard
Directions
puree blackberries and strain through wire mesh sieve to remove solids.

add remaining ingredients to puree and whisk until well blended.

store in refrigerator.

yield: 1/2 cup (or more depending upon berries)
