Judies mac and cheese with cauliflower

Ingredients
2 oz goat cheese plain 1 cup Almond Breeze Unsweetened Almond Milk .06 cup Flour, whole grain 1 tbsp *Earth Balance buttery spread (Whipped) 1 cup (1" pieces) Cauliflower, cooked 1 cup elbow shaped Macaroni, cooked, unenriched .75 cup Great Value Organic shredded Sharp cheddar cheese
Directions
cook the pasta in boiling water. cook cauliflour in the micorwave till tender.
make a roue with the buttery spread flour and almond milk, add the goat cheese and then the cheddar.
combine the pasta and cauliflour into the sauce.
