Kafta Lebanese Beef Kebabs

Ingredients
16 oz Simple Truth Organic Grass Fed Ground Beef 0.25 tsp Mint, dried (by DOOBRIE) 1 tsp Cumin (ground) (by IVORYGRL1) 0.25 tsp Cinnamon, ground 4 tbsp Parsley 1 tsp Coriander, ground (by ECUPMCB) 0.5 tsp Allspice 2 serving Garlic - minced (1 tsp) (by ELLERCADE) 1 large Egg, fresh, whole, raw
Directions
Beat the raw egg, add the spices, and ground beef to the food processor. Run until well mixed and finely ground. Using a tablespoon or scoop of the same size, form into balls to be wrapped around pre-soaked wooden skewers or metal ones. Grill over charcoal 3-4 minutes total, turning often. You may want to make in the morning to allow the flavors to meld prior to grilling for dinner.
