Chicken Taco Salad

Ingredients
1 2oz chicken breast, grilled or boiled, shreddedTostitos, white corn tortilla chips, 2 servings, crumbledRosarita Traditional refried beans, 0.25 cupsPace salsa con queso cheese dip, 2 Tbsp.iceburg lettuce, 2 cups, shreddedred onion, 0.25 cups, chopped
Directions
Boil or grill the chicken breast until done. Allow to cool, and then shred or chop.

Heat the refried beans until hot.

Microwave the salsa con queso until melted.

Crumble tortilla chips into bowl or on plate.
Shred 2 cups of lettuce and place over chips.
Place shredded chicken over the lettuce, add beans and drizzle with salsa con queso. Sprinkle with red onions.
