Steak Fajita Filling

1 lb lean Shoulder Steak2 large Bell peppers (Green, Red, Yellow, Orange), sliced1/2 medium Onion, sliced thin 2 cloves Garlic, minced 4 tbsp low sodium Tamari or Soy Sauce 1 tbsp Garlic powder 2 tbsp Chili powder 1 tbsp Cumin seed 2 sprays Olive Oil Cooking Spray
Marinate the steak in the Tamari and seasonings for at least 30 minutes. Grill or broil until medium well. Slice thin.
Spray a skillet with cooking spray. Saute the veggies over med-hi heat until crisp-tender.
Place peppers, onions and steak on a platter and serve.
Serving Size: Enough to fill eight fajita sized tortillas
