Low Carb Country Ribs

1 tbsp Paprika 1 tbsp Onion powder 2 serving Stevia - Pure Via All Natural Zero Calorie Sweetener 1 tsp Thyme, ground 1 tsp Cumin powder (by WOMACKFAM5) 1 tsp dried mustard (by ROSEBERRY) 1 tsp Pepper, black 1 tsp Salt 12 oz Pork Ribs, country style
Preheat the oven to 275F.
Mix together all the rub ingredients.
Pat the ribs dry with kitchen paper, and remove the membrane from the back. Place the rack in a large baking pan.
Sprinkle the rub all over the ribs, and use your fingers to rub it in thoroughly.
Place the ribs in the preheated oven for 3 hours.
