1.0 head, large (6-7" dia) Cauliflower, raw2.0 tbsp Butter, salted2.0 tsp Spice Islands Garlic and Herb seasoning
Cut cauliflower head into small to medium pieces. Boil until well cooked. Drain. Place in stand mixer mix on low with butter, scraping sides, until it looks like potatoes. Transfer to baking pan. Add garlic and herb seasoning and mix well. Smooth out in dish. Bake 350 degrees, stirring and then smoothing back out until water has evaporated to your liking, about 20 mins. Serve.
