Berry-Blast Smoothie

Ingredients
1 c. non-fat or low-fat vanilla yogurt1/2 c. low-fat plain yogurt1 1/4 c. frozen strawberries, raspberries, blueberries, and blackberries1 tsp. almond extract
Directions
In a blender, combine 1 c. of non-fat or low-fat vanilla yogurt, 1/2 c. plain low-fat yogurt, and 1 1/4 c. frozen strawberries, blueberries, raspberries and blackberries. Add 1 tsp. almond extract. Blend until smooth. Serve immediately.
