Chicken Fried Rice with Cauliflower

2 cup White Rice, long grain, cooked 1 package (10 oz) Mixed Vegetables, frozen 3 tbsp Soy Sauce 1 1tsp Sesame Oil 8 oz Tyson boneless, skinless chicken breast 1 clove Garlic 1 tsp Ginger, ground 1 head, small (4" dia) Cauliflower, raw 1 serving Oil-Crisco Pure Canola Oil (1 tbsp) 2 fl oz White Wine
Cut chicken into bite sized pieces. Combined soy sauce, white wine, ginger, and garlic. Add chicken pieces and marinade 10-20 minutes. Saute or stir fry chicken in oil until cooked through, add mixed vegetables saute until cooked. Add rice saute for a minute or two until warmed through. Add sesame oil and additional soy sauce to taste
