Ingredients
16 oz Beef, chuck for stew, cut into bite size cubes 3.5 cup Chili Beans, no salt (I used great value brand) 3.5 cup (GV) pinto beans no salt added7 cup tomatoes, diced no salt added 1 cup, chopped Onions, raw 1-2 tsp chili powder1 tsp cumin1/8-1/4 tsp cayenne pepper
Directions
brown meat and onions, add tomatoes, beans, and seasonings.
Simmer until meat is tender.
