1 large Egg, fresh, whole, raw 1 cup Milk, 1% 3 tsp Heinz White Wine Vinegar (by AUALIBRA) 2 tbsp Canola Oil .875 cup Flour, white 3 tsp Granulated Sugar 1.25 tsp Baking Powder .625 tsp Baking Soda .5 tsp Salt
mix milk and vinegar, then beat egg, then add milk and oil to egg, then add all other ingredients and stir. pour batter 1/4 cup onto hot 400 degree griddle. Bake until bubbles form at edge and start to dry. Flip and bake other side
