1.0 large Egg, fresh, whole, raw0.5 tsp Pepper, black0.5 tsp Salt1.0 tbsp Olive Oil1.0 fruit without skin and seeds Avocados, California (Haas)1.0 clove Garlic2.0 cup Bush's, Black Beans3.0 tsp Lea & Perrins, Worcestershire Sauce0.5 serving Bob's Red Mill Whole Ground Flaxseed Meal, 2 Tbsp.1.5 tsp Lime Juice - ReaLime 100% Lime Juice0.5 tsp cumin2.0 oz mushrooms0.15 cup panko1.0 tbsp water
Place flaxseed, Worcestershire sauce, 1/4 tsp kosher salt, cumin, pepper, mushrooms, half the beans, egg, garlic in a food processor. Process until smooth. Place bean mixture in to a bowl. Stir remaining half beans and panko. Add extra panko if needed. Preheat oven to 350. Place burger mixture in Patty forms on an oiled cookie sheet. Cook for 10-15 mins or until firm.
