Cheesy Cauliflower Potato & Ham Casserole

Ingredients
600 gram(s) Marketside Cauliflower Florets 680 gram(s) Baby Dutch yellow potatoes 207 gram Hormel Classic Dinner Ham Cure 81 3oz=84grams 2 tbsp Salted butter .125 cup All Purpose Unbleached Flour (by CAMBRIA94) 8 oz Fair Life Skim milk 112 gram(s) Great Value Shredded Mild Cheddar Cheese 28 grams =1/4 cup
Directions
MElt 2 tablespoons butter in pot. Add 2 Tablespoons flour and mix. Add 1 cupmilk and stir until slightly thickened. Remove from heat and add 1 cup shredded cheese. Grease 13x9 baking pan. Toss chopped ham potatoes and cauliflower. Spread cheese mixture over the top. BAke at 400 for 45 minutes.
