5 tsp parm cheese grated 1 large Egg, fresh, whole, raw .50 serving Bob's Red Mill Whole Ground Flaxseed Meal, 2 Tbsp. 1 tsp Oregano, ground 1 tsp Pink Himalayan Sea Salt (Evolution Salt Co) (by TAMMAGDALENO) 1 dash Pepper, black 1 serving Oil Bertolli Extra Light Olive Oil 1 tbsp 4 serving Perdue Ground Chicken Patty, 4 oz. 4 serving shitaki Noodles (2 servings per pkg) (by AJFH7593)
Directions
mix ingredients make large meatballs, add oil to pan fry until browned I covered mine for a few then I uncovered it fried well. you add sauce after it is cooked let it simmer I added Italian seasoning to mine also.
