Healthy Cocoa and Zucchini Cake

1 egg3 egg whites1/2 cup sugar1/2 cup Splenda Brown Sugar Blend1 cup Splenda2 1/2 cups flour1 tsp baking soda1 tsp allspice2 cups grated zucchini1/2 cup chocolate chips1 cup butter1/2 cup water2 tbsp cocoa1 tsp cinnamon1 cup chopped almonds2 tsp vanilla
Beat together eggs, butter, sugar, splenda and water until fluffy. Sift together and add to egg mixture, flour, cocoa, soda, cinnamon and allspice. Add nuts, zucchini, vanilla and chocolate chips. Mix well. Spoon into greased and floured 10 inch tube pan and bake at 325 for 70 minutes. No frosting required.
