6 cup Cauliflower, raw 1 tbsp Extra Virgin Olive Oil 1 medium (2-1/2" dia) Onions, raw 2 clove Garlic 16 oz Ground beef .1 can (6 oz) Tomato Paste 794 grams Crushed Tomatoes 1.5 cup Ricotta Cheese, whole milk .5 cup Parmesan Cheese, grated 8 oz Mozzarella Cheese, part skim milk
Directions
Bake at 375 for about 25 minutes, or until cheese is melty and golden.
