Asparagus au gratin

Ingredients
1 1/2 to 2 lb asparagus1/2 cup Guyere or Swiss cheese1/2 cup freshly grated Parmesan1/4 cup bread crumbsFat Free cooking spraySalt and pepper (optional)
Directions
1. Steam or microwave (covered) the asparagus until tender - 5 minutes max.
2. Preheat the broiler and make sure the rack is about 4 inches from the heat source.
3. Grease a medium shallow baking dish with Fat Free cooking spray.
4. Sprinkle the spears with salt and pepper (optional) and place them in the dish. Cover with cheese and sprinkle the bread crumbs on top. Broil for 3 to 5 minutes, until the cheese is melted and golden. Serve.

    Really simple I used baby swiss ,smoked Gouda, and mozzarella no butter or oil added just canned asparagus and cheese and toppedni with panko Italian seasoning bread crumbs it was delicious! - 11/21/14
