1 cup Granulated Sugar .25 cup Applesauce, unsweetened 1 tsp Vanilla Extract 3 serving Egg white, large .66 cup Flour - Gold medal all purpose flour .50 cup Cocoa, dry powder, unsweetened .50 tsp Baking Powder .25 tsp Salt 1 tbsp, unsifted Powdered Sugar
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Spray 8x8x2 pan.
Mix all ingredients and spread in pan.
Bake 20 to 25 minutes or until toothpick inserted in center comes out clean; cool.
Sprinkle with powdered sugar.
