Dahlgren chicken salad

Ingredients
2 breast, bone and skin removed Chicken Breast (cooked), no skin, roasted .5 cup Mayonnaise, regular (mayo) 10 tsp or 1 packet Yellow Mustard 6 stalk, large (11"-12" long) Celery, raw
Directions
Cook chicken breast (boil or instant pot). Use part broth and part water to make more flavorful.

Shred chicken breast (I pulse in food processor until choppy but not paste-like)

Chop or pulse celery (again, not paste-like)

Mix mayo, mustard, celery, and chicken in a bowl. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
