Ingredients
2 medium scallions, raw 8 oz Crab Meat (NOT imitation) 2 TBSP THICK plain greek yogurt 1 tbsp mayonaisse 2 tsp Grey Poupon Dijon Mustard 0.25 tsp McCormick Old Bay Seasoning2 English Muffins 2 oz part skim shredded mozzerella
Directions
Combine all ingredients except cheese. Spread evenly on each muffin side, top with cheese.

Bake 400degree oven 10 min or until cheese is melted
