16 oz Turkey, Ground, Butterball Everyday Fresh 93/7 2 tbsp chopped Onions, raw 1 cup Bell peppers (Green, Red, Yellow, Orange) 1 cup, chopped or diced Broccoli, fresh .5 cup pieces Mushrooms, fresh 1.5 tsp Bragg All Natural Liquid Amino 1 tsp Ginger, ground 2 tbsp Butter, salted 0.25 tsp McCormick Salt Free Garlic & Herb Seasoning (by SHARON632)
Cook onion and turkey until done. Adjust heat to cook but not burn. Add spices, butter and Liquid Amino, add peppers and broccoli and stir until mixed and start to cook a little then add mushrooms. When mushrooms look soft it was done for me. Add them last because they tend to mush up too fast.
