Coconut Chia Berry Hempmeal

Ingredients
.5 cup Trader Joe's Coconut Milk Beverage - Unsweetened 3 tbsp Manitoba Harvest Organic Hemp Hearts: shelled hemp seeds 2 tbsp Badia Organic Chia Seed 1 tbsp GV Organic Ground Flax Seed .5 tbsp "LouAna" Pure Coconut Oil .166 cup Costco Frozen Triple Berry Mix
Directions
Heat coconut milk, coconut oil and frozen berries (.166 is 1/6 cup) in small saucepan on stove.
While that's heating, dump the hemp seeds, chia seeds and ground flax seed in a small bowl.
After the milk mixture is heated and berries are thawed add it to the dry mix in your bowl. I also add one drop vanilla extract and 1 drop liquid stevia.
Mix well together. Enjoy!
