.5 cup Self Rising Flour
1 medium Egg, fresh, whole, raw
.5 cup Almond Milk Original
.5 cup organic coconut sugar, or cane sugar if preferred
2 Tbsp. Smart Balance (Omega Plus) Buttery Spread
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Put butter spread in pie pan and melt in preheating oven. Mix just until moistened the other four ingredients in a bowl and then pour on top of melted butter. Bake for 15 minutes (or until set) at 350 degrees. Serve with fresh strawberries and whipped topping of your choice. I use vanilla soy yogurt.
