Hamburger soup

Ingredients
16 oz Ground beef, lean 6 cup Pacific Natural Foods Organic Beef Broth, 1 cup 5 serving Vegetables, Wegmans (frozen, mixed) (by DENVEN) 1.5 cup Del Monte Petite Cut Diced Tomatoes 4 serving Acini De Pepe (by ORANGEBETHANYME) 3 tbsp Olive Oil 1 cup, chopped Onions, raw 2 tsp Garlic
Directions
Brown ground beef with onion and garlic in 2 TBSP oil. Season with Salt, pepper and italian seasoning. Add beef broth, tomatoes and frozen vegetables. Bring to boil, lower heat and simmer 20 minutes. Meanwhile cook pasta per package directions and drain, add 1TBSP olive oil to keep from sticking. Add a little pasta to bowl and serve soup over top. Garnish with Parmesan cheese if you like
