15 serving Red Potato - Small (1.75-2.5" diameter) 5 tbsp Daisy Light Sour Cream 1 tbsp Onions, dehydrated flakes 2 tsp celery flakes (by MESHELL81) 1 tsp Mrs. Dash (R) Garlic & Herb Seasoning Blend 3 poached egg whites
Boil red potatoes, 1 hour, cool and peel skin off potatoes, then hinto bite size pieces.

In a large bowl, place potatoes, eggs, and seasoning on top, then blend the ingredients.
Once blended add sour cream to the ingredients. Stir in the sour cream until its coating all ingredients. Sprinkle a little seasoning on top, then chill in refrigerator until ready to serve.
