Cauliflower Rice with Asparagus, Snow Peas, and Radishes

Ingredients
Salad1 3/4 cup fresh Asparagus, sliced2 cup fresh cauliflower rice 1 cup fresh Snow Peas, sliced lengthwise into strips (scissors are great for this)4 Green Onion, chopped1/3 cup sliced Radishes (about 3)Dressing3 tbsp Lemon juice 2 tbsp chopped Fresh Chives 2 tbsp chopped fresh Parsley 1 Tbs. chopped fresh mint 3 tbsp Avocado Oil 1/4 to 1/2 tsp Himalayan saltPepper to taste
Directions
Mix together the salad ingredients in a bowl.

Make dressing in a shaker container, pour over salad. Let sit at room temp for 1 hour before serving.
