1.0 large Egg, fresh, whole, raw0.5 tbsp coconut flour20.0 gram Body Lab Tasty Shake Complete Whey Protein Complex2.0 tbsp Butter, salted1.0 tsp Baking Powder1.0 tbsp Half and Half Cream0.5 tsp Salt
Directions
Soften butter, mix dry, add wet, cook on griddle. Add water if too thick, 1tbs at a time.
