Kyra's Pulled Pork (slow cooker)

64 oz Tyson Bone-In Pork Shoulder Butt Roast (by JCHLLM) 4 oz Food Club Lite Apple Juice (by LADYTHELAB) 1 serving beef bullion cube (by NEZALHUALIXTLAN) OR 8oz vegetable stock1.5 Cup Barbeque sauce, Sweet Baby Ray's Original 5 tsp MCormick Grill Mates Pork Rub (by SUPERMOTO)
Dry rub the pork.
Mix 1/2 cup BBQ sauce with the light apple juice.
Add 8oz hot water to the bullion cube, stir until dissolved. Add to BBQ sauce mixture.
Pour half of the BBQ sauce mixture into the bottom of the slow cooker. Add pork and pour remaining mixture on top.
Cook on low for 10-12 hours.
Shred pork in slow cooker crock. Remove bones while shredding.
Serve with remaining BBQ sauce.
Serving Size: Makes 8- 4oz servings (meat will cook down from 4lbs to approximately 2lbs)
