Keto Cheese Sticks

Ingredients
4 serving Cheese - Mozzarella & Cheddar Cheese Sticks 1 TBSP Bob's Red Mill Almond Meal/Flour 1 large Egg, fresh, whole, raw, beaten 1 tsp Italian Herb Seasoning 1/2 cup Bob's Red Mill Flax Seed Meal 1 tsp Garlic Salt 1 tsp Parsley, dried
Directions
Preheat oven to 375.
Coat baking pan with healthy oil.
Cut cheese sticks in half.
Beat the egg into a bowl large enough to dunk the cheese halves into, set aside.
Mix Flax Meal and spices together in a ziplock; set aside.
Place the almond flour on a small plate.
Roll halved cheese sticks in the almond flour.
Roll the almond floured cheese sticks into the beaten egg.
Remove, and place into the ziplock and shake until coated.
Place on baking sheet.
Repeat until all of the cheese sticks are coated.
Bake for 10 minutes until cheese is bubbly and melted.
