Sweet Potato, Kale, & Bean Stew

Ingredients
2 Med Sweet potatoes, peeled & cubed1 med Onions, diced4 cups Chicken Broth4 cups chopped Kale2 cans Cannellini Beans White Kidney Beans1 tbs minced garlic1/2 tsp salt1/4 ground pepper 1 1/2 tsp ground cumin1 tsp ground ginger 1 tsp ground coriander
Directions
Add all but kale to crock pot & cook on low. Mash up potatoes in the soup when done, they add kale to wilt.
