Tomato Basil Soup

Ingredients
5.75 Cup Stewed Tomatoes, Canned, No salt6.0 fl oz Heavy Whipping Cream3.0 clove Garlic2.0 tbsp Basil1.0 tbsp Extra Virgin Olive Oil1.0 tbsp Parmesan Cheese, grated for topping
Directions
Combine all ingredients, cook in pressure cooker for 30 mins. Allow to cool slightly, blend with immersion blender until smooth in consistency.
