Vegan Cuban Rice

Ingredients
2 cup Jasmine Rice - white 0.25 cup, chopped Onions, raw 2 clove Garlic 1 tsp Paprika 1 tsp ground tumeric (by INSPIREDBYCHJ) 2 tbsp Extra Virgin Olive Oil 1 dash Salt green peas (optional)2 1/2 cups water
Directions
Saute garlic, onion paprika and turmeric until soft. Add rice, coat with herbs and oil. Then add water. Bring to a boil, set to a simmer for 20 minutes.
