Breakfast Pie

Ingredients
1 dash Pepper, black 1 tsp Salt 1 tsp Hot Pepper Sauce 0.25 cup, diced Ham, regular (11% fat) 0.25 cup, chopped Green Peppers (bell peppers) 2 serving Kraft Singles White American Cheese 4 serving Egg white, large 0.50 cup 2% Milk 1 cup Baby Spinach (raw) 1 serving Onions, yellow, raw 1 oz.
Directions
Turn oven to 400°. Whisk together the 4 eggs and 1/2 cup of milk. Add all your cut up ingredients, spinach and spices. I also like to add about 8 drops of hot sauce to mine. Place into a coated pie tin. Bake for 25 minutes. Serving Size: 1/4 Pie
