1 large Egg, fresh, whole, raw 2 oz Fricks Extra Lean 97% Hickory Smoked Sliced Ham 2 medium Mushrooms, fresh 8 leaf Spinach, fresh 1/4 cup fat free Shredded Cheddar 0.125 tsp Morton Nature's Season Seanoning Blend (by LADYPAW)
Beat the egg with a tsp of water. Spray a pan with cooking spray and heat over medium heat for a minute. Add the egg and seasoning and cook, lifting the edges periodically to let the raw egg flow under. Flip once and turn off the heat. In a separate skillet, saute the vegetables and ham. Add the the egg, sprinkle with cheese, and fold half the egg over the filling. Serve.
