Crockpot Sausage-Stuffed Mini Sweet Peppers

8 serving Mini Sweet Bell Peppers (3 peppers to a svg) 16 oz Johnsonville All Natural Ground Mild Italian Sausage 3 cup Ragu Six Cheese Spaghetti Sauce 1.35 cup Great Value Fancy Shredded Low-Moisture Part-Skim Mozzarella Cheese
Cut tops off peppers and remove seeds. (It’s OK if you don’t get every single seed out.)
Stuff the peppers with sausage and add to crockpot.
Cover with sauce and cook on “low” setting for 6-8 hours.
Top with mozzarella cheese and cook for additional 10 minutes or until melted.
